焌の燒 JS Grilled Fish | 沙登总行 — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

The staff is not smart and needs to be trained and improved!! We are 4 adult dine in on 6pm, the staff assign us a rectangle table with 4 seated. We requested a round table which can occupied for 5 seat, as we know the rectangle is not able to fit the dishes we order. Initially she is not allow to change, and telling us not much of round table, those round table is for other customers who coming for more pax, ask us to understand her situation, she is non stop nagging and talking silly there. But during that time, the whole restaurant is 90% empty!! Her sounds like we are not affordable to pay more !

After change table, I thought she will recommend any famous dish. However she just said: Order sheet is here, ask us to write what we want order then she walk away. During dining, the next table who ordering ask the staff, can the dishes all can come in one/same time, as they are ordering grill fish, it will take time to serve. The genius staff answer to the customer: “I can’t control this, whatever dishes is ready we will serve first”. At the end, the customer cancel the grill fish order. I am referring the same staff here!

Hope the restaurant owner to take attention on this, this kind of staff is hiring for 赶客 only!!

Our final bill is around Rm200, food is good and not pricey. Just the staff attitude is worst.

the restaurant has a good layout and comfortable environment to enjoy the food. although they have a roof top sitting, its still too hot to consider when we arrived at about 6.15pm. staffed by young chinese boys and girls and the service is fast in sitting us and taking our order. food are also served fast considering they had just opened for business on a weekend. although they got my order for the lala soup wrong but the stir fried lala is also good. the lou shu fun is exceptionally good and the small portion is enough to feed 2-3 person. its chewy but not overly hard or mushy with great tasting gravy. saba grille fish is done to perfection sealing in the juices and tenderness of the fish and highly recommended. vege are fresh and crunchy and goes very well with the lou shu fun. the grille pork although tasty, it's a bit too chewy and not to our liking. worth returning to try their other food soon. it does get full house pretty quickly and parking is a...

This restaurant menu prices are reasonable for the quality. We ordered Belacan Snail, Salted Fish steam meat, claypot ginger wine chicken and a plate of lettuce. Overall the food are tasty and delicious however for the plate of belacan snails are not worth it as we do not find any meat in the shells as the snails are too tiny. We can only sucked the sauces out from the shells instead of any meat in it. Not recommended to order unless you just wanted to taste the sauce only. The ginger wine chicken is 👍 great, full flavour of wine and ginger taste. The chicken meat were tender though they were cut into small pieces. The other salted fish steamed pork were just ok.
