Starbucks — Restaurant in Baja California

Pésimo servicio nunca se dan cuenta de como quiero mi café siempre les falta ponerle la crema batida y el caramelo, y para el colmo les dices amablemente y casi te avientan el vaso cuando lo devuelven, y no te vuelven hacer el café solo le tiran una gran parte de café o sea el sabor y le ponen lo que debieron hacer primero, si se equivocaron tienen que volverte a preparar el café a tú gusto porque pagaste por ellos esas son políticas de la empresa, uno paga por lo que consume cada cosa que quieres agregarle a tu café lo pagas y eso es lógico pero nunca te lo hacen bien, luego les pido que sea caliente por favor amablemente y me lo dan a medias nada que ver, tienen en la mañana como 8 jóvenes trabajando ahí y se tardan muchísimo. Hay muy mal ritmo y organización de equipo ahí, y si les puse una estrella es para poder escribir porque no se merecen nada, lástima que sea el único Starbucks que queda cercas de mi trabajo, nunca me había quejado de un Starbucks en absoluto en verdad, pero las dos primeras veces dije bueno son jóvenes a lo mejor van empezando porque no me hacían bien mi café en estás dos primeras veces que menciono, pero ya una quinta ves entonces dije es el colmo no es justo si estoy pagando es para que hagan bien mi café exactamente como se los pido, y eso que soy una persona paciente y pido las cosas amablemente, y las dos muchachas que me han atendido muy prepotentes, pero eso no me importa como sean ellas y lo antipáticas que son, sino voy para verles la cara, Yo voy a disfrutar de un rico café, pero ya me harté que no hagan bien las cosas y tengan un pésimo pero pésimo servicio. Espero y mejoren esta situación Y POR FAVOR FÍJENSE LEAN LA NOTA ANTES DE PREPARAR MI CAFÉ. SI SE EQUIVOCAN LO TENDRÁN QUE VOLVER HACER, YA BASTA. NADA ES GRATIS...

I had a turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. The food in the glass display case looked appetizing, but it was full of flies which was disgusting to see. The flies in the case and in the restaurant in general made me question if this restaurant cares about sanitization at all. Also, the flies in the place made it almost impossible to eat in there, so we opted to eat in our car instead.

The grapefruit was bitter. The staff was helpful friendly, though.

So I got there and ordered a turkey ham and cheese bagel and a Berry Pearls Refresher, and it was DELICIOUS. The drink was SO cold when i got it, and it had these syrup pearls that were awesome.
