Used the bridge twice. First time thought three hours was enough time and it wasn’t for a 1am flight. Second time got there super early for a 9am flight and there was no line. Just know CBX and Tijuana airport are not a partnership. Just cause the two people stamping passports are working the bridge that doesn’t mean they care if you miss your flight or not.
