Vips — Restaurant in Baja California

If I could give zero or minus zero stars I would. I NEVER leave a bad review but this place is an insult. The food is horrendous. No salt, no seasoning, and it looks like they cook in a microwave and might not even have an actual stove. The tortillas were not warmed up correctly. Most likely put in the microwave for a few seconds. The caldo tlalpeño was terrible, the chicken was super dry and flavorless and totally subpar. Our drinks did not come in until the end of our meal. Honestly, a horrible, horrible place. I pitty the system that allows 2 of these places in the airport. The bar has 2 choices of Tequila. In Mexico !!! The frigging airplane has a better Tequila selection, and it has to fly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is a little better than the waiting room in a hospice care center. Seriously, the entire place is an insult to travelers and an insult to Mexico. I pray one day that the corruption or evil that allows places like this to exist will eventually...

La verdad que mi intención no era ningún mal comentario en principio pues la mesera se portó muy amable y me invitó a platicar con el gerente no sin antes disculparse por los alimentos, sin embargo para mi sorpresa al hablar sobre el sabor y la calidad de la carne me comenta la Subgerente Tania Blanco con una prepotencia y sin darle importancia a mi sugerencias que en Vips y en esta vida no hay nada natural, que todo en Vips viene en lata lo calientan y se sirve, y los huevos? y las ensaladas? y la carne etc.??

Sin embargo lo mas molesto es la prepotencia las miradas de discriminación y las críticas nos ayudan a crecer como empresarios sin embargo, este tipo de colaboradores tiran por la borda el trabajo de capacitación y la cadena ah aprendido a mejorar con el tiempo aumentando sabor y servicio así como confort y rapidez..
