Big Toy Depot is the real thing. Manager Mike is very responsive and customer oriented and on top of things. He provides really great personal service. When I picked up my van the other day I didn’t realize how dirty it would be, as I used BTD’s uncovered option. I should’ve arranged to have it washed before my arrival, a service that BTD provides. Mike had me pull it around where he personally high pressure washed it to get the bulk of the dirt and saltair off. I’ll be making an appointment to have a complete wash done later. Thanks Mike.

I only wish is that there was a way for people who take extended trips with RVs don’t have to pay for months when their vehicles are in use and not being stored. Their current set up means you have to pay a two month startup minimum whether your rig is there or not. I will still use this storage...

Big Toy Depot is AMAZING! As a new RV owner, I’m so thankful to have found one place for all of my needs. Water, dump station, propane, storage all conveniently in one place! Mike and Mitch are super friendly and answer all of my random questions. They always help me park my 36 Ft Bounder, so storing her isn’t stressful. They have a bunch of other perks as well like, RV supplies, batteries, staffed mechanics; just today they removed the reclining chair in my RV! I have so much more space now!

The facility is very well taken care of, inside storage and outside storage. Dump station is always clean and neat. Every time I call (and I call often), they always answer the phone promptly. I can’t rave about this place enough, 10/10...

We kept our 33 foot boat here for 1.5 years. Staff was always avoomodating and nice. Our boat maxed put their door entryway and moving equipment capacity and needed to do some mechanical work on it so we moved it to a boat yard.

Easy sign up process, we were lucky to get a spot after dragging the boat from Utah.

The price is on the more expensive side of storage offerings, however the indoor feature definitely makes a difference on how your RV/boat ages. Short power can also be provided as needed. Equipment is washed after return. Although we never once took out and returned our boat. It went in and stayed for 1.5 years.

In general, highly recommended. Looks like an RV museum. It's kept meticulously clean...
