We dinned on March 11th between 10am-12pm. The food was good but our server was AWFUL! From the moment she walked to our table, she had an attitude, showed no patience or manners. Once we were done eating and were ready to pay, I gave her 1,000 pesos for our check of $991 for 3 people. I was NOT planning to leave a tip other than the change due to the horrible service from this "woman". She had the audacity to call me out and follow me to the front with the receipt on hand pointing out that the tip was not included in the check. Practically demanding a bigger gratuity. For what?, for the awful service she provided? I only have her 20 more pesos just to get her out face, she still looked unpleased. I just walked away, I didn't need to add stress to my day but I really don't plan to ever go...

Then took another 15 mins to get the server to come to the table. By that time we couldnât even order what we originally wanted because there wasnât enough time to get it back from the kitchen and eat it. Iâve worked in restaurants and in food service and from what I could see, the employees have zero desire to work efficiently and zero desire to please their customers. And it does not seem like they are eager to hustle and earn tips either. Poorly run place that shouldnât take it for granted that people in the airport do have other options for breakfast. Next time Iâll walk to a Bol Corona and get a burrito instead of wasting my time...
   Read moreMuy buenas tardes el dĂa pase una experiencia espantosa(para no decir otras palabras), al llegar ningĂșn mesero se nos acercĂł para asignarnos mesa,(lo cual mi mamĂĄ estaba cansada y solo quedaba un booths libre pero con dinero(propina) y platos sucios , lo cual esperĂ© parado por que habĂa dinero en la mesa, pasaron 10 mins y nadie se acercĂł, en cuando voy a la entrada a decirle a un mesero que tenĂa el celular en la mano que si me puede ayudar con la mesa , pasaron 25 min para que nos tomara la orden, no tenĂamos tanto problema por que venĂa retrasado el vuelo, donde yo pido un cafĂ© y un postre , cuando me dan el cafĂ© me dan 2 lechitas entera , lo cual soy intolerante a la lactosa, me paro a pedir un poco de leche deslactosada y la muchacha me Dice que perfecto , despuĂ©s de ahĂ jamĂĄs se dieron tiempo para checar la mesa , al pedir la cuanta un mesero se me aproxima y con la tableta en la mano me dice el monto de 613 sin darme el ticket, donde le menciono que me puede dar el ticket y regresa con otro de 685 cobrĂĄndome un platillo que no era mĂo y la leche para el cafĂ© Lo cual le menciono al mesero que la cuenta estĂĄ errĂłnea y me dice que lo checara con el encargado , quitĂĄndome el Platillo pero diciĂ©ndome que tengo que pagar la leche, donde dos meseros se ponen a discutir con migo enfrente de todos los clientes ,
