Turibus — Local services in Mexico City

For this to come from the supposed largest bus company in MX... it's frankly a dissappointment and a massive logistics failure.

Salespeople were having trouble in general (one of them ran out of mobile data! at 10AM!), they sent customers off without proper ticketing. We saw people having trouble all day (we were fine tho). Convenience fee for paying with card, when online sales didn't have any. Long delays in EVERY transfer stop, trunk line (downtown) has plenty of service but the other lines can have you waiting close to an HOUR for a bus thats probably packed already. PA gets old very quickly, they only have a single qwip per place, will replay the same bits on return legs, and aren't all that creative (be prepared to hear "bohemian" a lot).

I wanted to give it 3 stars because overall the service did work and did deliver, but I need to give it 2 because it just came too much below expectations and it just needs to do better. I would've needed to trust that a bus would show up in a regular manner and with space in order to give it 3S. Still, infinitely better than Grey Line NYC.

Mexicanos, tomen el Metrobus para ir entre Bellas Artes y Bosque, Metro para Polanco, y ya supongo Uber para el Frida Kahlo (que es reserva anticipada, cosa que el tour no da ningún indicio cuando te deja tirado ahí). I purchased the tickets on their app, which by the way is a terrible designed app! And never got my tickets! Not an email or confirmation! They took the money out of my bank and never got my tickets! I called customer support and waisted 1 hour since they couldn’t resolve the issue. Don’t buy...

Resuelve la logística pero la experiencia no es buena. Lo compre por internet, pero como “no se canceló el pago”, me lo cobraron antes de subir con una comisión extra. El tour arrancó tarde porque el guía no llegaba y desde ahí todo fue muy rápido. El guía hablaba demasiado rápido y sin ganas. Creo que si entregan un folleto para leer es mejor. No nos dejaron parar en los puestos, solo en los que ellos asignaban. Dijeron que después iba a haber tiempo para comprar, pero no volvimos a ese lugar. A la última excursión llegamos bastante tarde, algunas cosas estaban ya cerradas y no se podían ver. Para rematar, el guía esperaba...
