Valley Gym — Local services in Mexico City

been to this gym for 2 months and i can confirm its not the best option for what you pay them, because the cons out weight the pros but to be honest i will list both

Me gusta mucho este gimnasio por varias razones: el precio es accesible, el equipo aunque es algo antiguo, está en buenas condiciones y cumple con su función. El ambiente es agradable, el trato del personal es amable y, algo que valoro mucho, es que no suele haber mucha gente, lo cual permite entrenar con fluidez sin tener que esperar por los aparatos.

Las clases son dinámicas y bien dirigidas, lo cual se agradece para complementar el entrenamiento.

Mi única sugerencia para mejorar la experiencia sería atender el tema de los baños y las regaderas. Actualmente uno de los baños no funciona y los demás suelen estar sucios. Aunque los vestidores están en buenas condiciones, la falta de agua puede ser un problema serio, sobre todo después del entrenamiento. En ocasiones, es probable quedarse enjabonado sin poder enjuagarse correctamente.

Lo recomiendo, especialmente por el ambiente tranquilo y las buenas clases, pero considero importante que se atiendan estas áreas de oportunidad para brindar un servicio más completo y cómodo para todos...
