One of the female manicurists who works here is so disrespectful. I’m an American visiting Casablanca and my French isn’t great, I only speak a little. I was getting my acrylics removed and my nail tech asked me in French what I want next. The rude manicurist was right behind us asking me in French too. I replied in English because I didn’t know how to say it in French. Then the rude woman starts laughing at me in a mocking way for a minute straight because she didn’t understand what I said. She humiliated me in front of the whole salon. I felt so embarrassed. How dare she make fun of a CUSTOMER because French is not their native language? Disgusting. After I was done my friend defended me and told her in French that it’s not nice to make fun of someone for not speaking a language fluently. This salon has ZERO respect for its customers.
