I'm still shocked, I used to love this restaurant but last week the staff has changed my idea about it. Imagine ordering a cofee and then asking politly to the waitresse to change it (right away) with a soupe, but the waiteresse told me that I cannot untake the coffee because they started making it so I told her just keep it warm I'm gonna take it after the meal (so after eating beef stake and soupe and humus) I was full and I asked politly to pay the bill and not take the coffee but the waiteress didn't want to listen she insisted to make me take the coffee even tho I don't want it, after discussion she sent me to the cashier and the cashier didn't want to talk to me, she gave me the bill with coffee on it although I didn't drink it or see it, I tried to explain to her my point of veiw but she disrespected me, she left me alone talking alone, she was serving other clients and left me with no reasenable explanantion and she stoped talking to me and making fun of me with the waitresse. I'm so shocked, after that scandal I won't eat again, I'm so sad becuase it was my favorite turkish spot but now the staff is really unbearble and I can accept everything except for disrespect. My friend choked while eating, and not a single staff member stepped in to help or even check if she was okay. It was only thanks to my sister's quick action that the situation was resolved.
