The Rooftop Essaouira was absolutely beautiful. The space is stunning, especially the rooftop terrace – incredibly peaceful and the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the view, do yoga, or just hang out.

The host was amazing. Super friendly, very attentive, and genuinely cared that we had the best time possible. He gave excellent surf lessons, was always supportive, and gave us great tips for things to do around Essaouira. He took us to breakfast spots or made us breakfast at the terrace, and really made us feel welcome and taken care of. There was even cake from his mother with tea.

The yoga sessions, both on the rooftop and at the beach, were another highlight – really well guided and in beautiful surroundings.

Such a lovely and cozy place to be for a break from busy life or even a trip to explore the city, very recommended for solo travelers like myself. If you are a digital nomad/working remotely you will enjoy getting your work done with an amazing sunset views. Not to mention that the internet is so fast as well 😎

The owner is such a nice guy with knowledge, he is very professional and helpful. You can join him for a surf session or a tour around the old Medina if you are not familiar with the city.

The place is only few minutes away from the beach and around 15 mins walk or so from the Medina.

The few days I spent there were really helpful to get back with good energy.

We simply loved the The Rooftop! The host was super nice and very welcoming. The room looks really cool, the bed is super comfortable. The roof terrace is really amazing, private and a great place to chill. We took our breakfast every morning in the café in the basement of the house - very delicious and good prices.
