Friendly staff, plenty of room to sit. Product offering is pretty much the same as any other Dutch railway station kiosk. Hot and cold drinks (including beer) and some snacks and candy.

It's not the first time that in this specific Kiosk in Amsterdam amstel (at spoor 4) the staff is so rude and even aggressive.

I'm really surprised how can those people be hired in customer service.

I only asked for a flat white, and the girl who was working there told me with an attitude that "it's only what it's on the card".

You cannot even ask for anything.

Last time, there was another girl, that when I asked her for a couple of napkins she rolled her eyes all over and made a great sigh noise.

It's honestly the most terrible experience I have ever...

Every time no tea cup holder, super hot. Then I have to go to ah to go to get tea cup holder and figured out tea is 1.8 euros in ah, but 2.4 euros in kiosk...... I know where to...
