Went here at 1pm CET during a week working day. Service was friendly and quick. We took the vegan burger which was really nice. Crunchy and very juicy and tasty. And the presentation was also nice with the pink bread giving it an extra twist. The Burrata cheese salad with couscous was also very fresh and nice. Next to this we had some coffee and tea. Great experience. The Amstelplein area is modern with Blooker being a nice historical gem in the middle. The area is in rapid development with many new restaurants and hotels opening up next to and close to the Amstel river. Definitely worth checking out if you happen to be in the neighborhood. On our way back to our hotel in overamstel we decided to jump off the metro 2 stops before in the hope of finding somewhere a bit quieter for a relaxed drink to wind down. This place was perfect. We sat outside and two waiters served us drinks. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The place had a nice chilled out vibe and the drinks were reasonably priced for one of the world's most expensive cities.
