I hated this. I already dont like the burger king restaurants, but i thought it would be better in other countries. I asked for a whopper menu, and the total was 12,05. i gave a 20€ and she gave me change. i asked if she wanted 2,05 so it would be easier to just get a 10€ bill back and coins can help restaurants. The lady said no, but took me the money? i saw her taking my 5 cents coin and hiding it behind the counter. its not the fact that she took me 5 cents, its the fact she took my money. it could have been 5 cents or 2 euros. my money. She also didnt give me a reciept. i was waiting for my order and they kept calling the number (that i didnt know was mine). i mentioned j didnt have a ticket and the lady said well you didnt take it. GIRL YOU DIDNT GIVE ME ANY TICKET TO BEGIN WITH. I also asked for an ice tea and she gave me coca cola. I am extremely unsatisfied and this just further feeds my dislike for burger...

The machines gave no receipt so we could not prove our orders belonged to us. I asked to eat in, and the lady gave it to me in a paper bag. I was getting to my table(also, smallest and most uncomfortable tables I had seen) and the lady called me back to see if my order was correct. Read moreI come here a lot since I use Amstelstation on a daily basis and am usually in a hurry and hungry. The staff here is extremely inefficient and makes mistakes all the time, without acknowledging or apologising for it, but Ok, this is part of Dutch culture anyway. Furthermore, the self-service stations rarely have printing paper and you end up having to convince the staff of your order. Hygiene is also not a strong suite of this BK.
