I went here to replace brake pads on an ordinary bike. They told me that they need to order them and that I have to pay in advance, but they will arrive in 2 days and they will call me. Nobody has ever called me and I had to go to the shop multiple times to check the status myself. Ik lees tot mijn grote verbazing sommige reviews maar zie dan dat ze oud zijn, deze zaak is overgenomen door een nieuwe eigenaar (Kris) en nog maar sinds dit jaar open. De naam is nieuw maar de reviews zullen dus over de vorige fietszaak gaan die hier zat. Wel gek dat je de reviews dan ook overneemt?! En lijkt me vervelend als ze negatief zijn als je zelf bet begint, sta je meteen met 1-0 achter. Volgens mij repareren ze nu ook alleen maar van moof. Of het was toeval dat ik alleen maar van moof zag staan 😄

Ik kan alleen maar vol lof spreken. Mijn ervaring was heel goed! Mijn fiets is fantastisch en snel gemaakt, je kunt merken dat Kris er echt verstand van heeft en weet wat hij doet. Ik vond hem erg klantvriendelijk en de service uitstekend, de prijzen fair. Er zijn nogal wat fietsenmakers in Amsterdam die je een oor aannaaien maar gelukkig is deze gewoon eerlijk.
