Viswinkel IJburg — Local services in Amsterdam

They refused serving me because of my negative review on another platform (I wrote it 10 months ago btw). The reason of my negative review was the fact that I had to wait more than 2 hours to receive an online order. In addition to this, after waiting long time for the order, I also called them and then visited their shop. I said "I left my kid alone at home and he is looking forward for the food, please find a solution". They were overall rude and not helping, told me that I had to wait more for thuisbezorgd service guy. Then I asked them in a serious way "if you cannot handle online orders properly, then why are you listing yourself on those online ordering platforms?". I went back home, and when the food arrived after hours, my kid was already sleeping. The problem with Dutch people is they can easily blame you by the way you talked to them (they can easily say you attacked them), and then they think they solved the issue with an ethical way....

When you order online, they arrive your place in 2 hours. When I went to their shop to ask whats going on with my order, they only blamed thuisbezorgd and did not take any responsibility. what a nonsense.. Did thuisbezorgd force you to enlist yourself there? when will you learn to accept your mistakes and correct as much as possible for customer? you guys do not know anything about customer rights…...

Nette en schone winkel. Een uitgebreid menu aan mogelijkheden. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en werkt efficiënt. Dat zien we graag.

Haring: eerste deel van de haring was op smaak en zoutig zoals het hoort. Niet te veel en niet te weinig. Het laatste deel van de haring had wat graten en was wat smakeloos. Haring zelf was goed schoon van binnen m.u.v. 6 graten die daar waren.

Zalmkroket: ik weet niet zeker of er echt zalm in zat. Ik had wat anders verwacht. Namelijk om echt zalm te proeven. Denk eerder dat ik een viskroket had. Stukjes 'zalm' zag er grijzig uit. Zou dan rozig moeten zijn. Misschien de verkeerde kroket gepakt.

Kibbeling: kleine portie genomen. Kleine bite stukjes gekregen. Vergeten te zeggen dat ik het zonder kruiden wou. Maar de kruiden die erop lagen was niet te sterk aanwezig. Voor een kleine portie genoeg stukjes. Saus was ravigotte. Was royaal gegeven. Niet zoals bij andere tentjes dat je maar 1 pompje saus krijgt en na 2 stukjes kibbeling er al doorheen bent.

5 sterren gegeven. De haring en de zalmkroket vergeef ik hen. Maar ik was onder de indruk van de netheid van de winkel en comfortabele zitgelegenheden. En...
