A very big and spacious shopping mall for furniture, beds and kitchen. The design of the mall is beautiful but not practical. Parking is about 1 euro per 20 minutes, quite pricey. I bought my dining table, couch and bed there. All shops look very expensive but actually the price is very reasonable. In general, many people like to buy their couch or kitchen at IKEA or beter bed, kwantum or similar shops mostly because they think the price is cheaper. I really want stress out woonmall is worth to visit before you place your orders somewhere else. However, I had bad experience visiting 2 furniture shops, the sales people sprayed way too much perfume in the shop, I felt like suffocated and had to run away. What a pity!
There are a couple of café's there, and I had a very nice cappuccino. There are clean and free toilets in the mall, which is rare in Netherlands. Most of the time you neither have to pay to visit the toilet, or there is simply no public toilet!
The location of the shopping is located conveniently close to Bijlmer Arena station. You may also park your car at parking garange P4 or P5. There is an indoor playground called Ballorig at the...

Onze ervaring in deze winkel was zeer negatief en de manager was onbeleefd en zeer onredelijk:
We had a very unpleasant experience with the service from this store. We ordered a few beds and some other items of furniture and were promised that everything would arrive within a few weeks.
However, the delivery was very late. In addition, not all the items were sent in and one of the beds was sent in the wrong color (only after which it was explained that they had run out of the color we asked for). The items that were missing were meant to be delivered again and this took a long while and a lot of calling and not getting any responses from the store. However, when the items were finally delivered, one of them was again not the appropriate item originally ordered. We are still waiting for the final item to arrive (after more than 2 months) but would DEFINITELY NOT recommend buying from this store to anyone.
The managed was also not very helpful and was even rude, blaming us for the whole situation instead of apologizing for the bad service of the store. Overall, this was a very...
Read moreShopping for furniture is a joy and a mental challenge at the same time... Recently I spent two hours with a friend in the Villa ArenA to get some inspiration for her new house and at some point we just couldn't take anymore. What struck us the most is that at least half of the stores show more of the same furniture, styles, and products. We saw not just similar, but the exact same accessories in various stores, which of course cracked us up at the time because we had overheard sales people claim to people that they sell "completely unique products".
Villa ArenA truly is one of the better places to shop for furniture simply because of the lighting and space in which you can sit and reload after visiting a store. As for the stores themselves, it really depends on which one you enter. Some are dark and packed to the brink, some are more open spaced with more air to breath and space to move. However, if you walk in with just a vague idea of that you might be looking for a couch, you're in for a rough time as it will take you hours and you will walk out with no...
