My friend from Germany surprised me with getting tickets for Zemfira on 11 05.2024 when I was visiting her. We drove close to 3 hours to get to Amsterdam, had a small walk downtown and came to the venue. Somehow the line of people was just standing still to get in right before 20 minutes of the shower start even though the doors were open 1.5 hr before the start. So we were waiting in line a nd just followed. My friend got confused that the line was moving towards us and thought people were cutting us off and coming from another direction. So she decided to follow them in that direction when suddenly a security guard grabbed her rudely by her arm and started dragging her and yelling at her. All of a sudden it became a mess and he told her yelling we are cutting people off. We went back and all the time we were moving towards the entrance he was talking about us in his ear piece to his peers. When we finally reached the security entrance control, the guard there told my friend she is aggressive and they can't let us in. She explained the situation outside the line to the security supervisor. Our second friend that was checked in front of me by a heavy set security woman, was rudely told we will even check your wallet because we are NOT IN YOUR COUNTRY AND YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY YOU HAVE IBUPROFEN. I was waiting in pure shock what will be happening to me next. My check turn was okay, however, the whole situation instead of making de-escalation, the 1st security guard told his peers to be mean to us just because my friend got confused and he was super wrong in grabbing her instead of just guiding her. On top of that, assuming we are Russian just because we were attending the Russian singer show, was a huge discrimination and telling such things instead of apologies, is totally why I will never come back to this venue. I was definitely not expecting to see hand and bag searching on such a large arena where the metal detectors are just much more faster and convenient. Thinking we paid almost 400 euros plus gas both ways, it was a terrible and really disastrous experience! Also the employees inside gave us wrong direction to our seats even though that was the only job the were supposed to do standing between the floors there. Will not recommend to anyone to go there! Adding the photo of the person who ruined...

The security didn't let us go outside anymore once we've picked up our badge, wristband and still had our tickets on our phone.
On 15/07 i did went outside before the actual show started (since we've already had been inside for quiet awhile (VVIP with Q&A + soundcheck) but one security lady told me I wasn't allowed to go back in despite having my VIP badge, wristband and tickets on my phone. I payed 600 euro total (tickets + VIP bundle) without transportation costs and this security lady was actually laughing in my face while I was crying. (I have a panic disorder and need to go outside sometimes, but she didn't care at all, even after the manager told her that I could get in, she still left me outside for half an hour, and than scolded me, I had to apologize AGAIN for going outside for a minute.
I was finally able to get back in, but even after the show the lady kept looking at me like I was a villain. I always stayed polited and even explained her why I went outside, but she didn't even listen.
Other visitors where so amazingly sweet that they even wanted to buy me a new ticket to get inside. Offcourse I refused, but it did make my day that other people where incredibly kind.
(Sidenote: other people also went outside and went back in without a problem, but because I asked first, I was targeted...)
I would recommend some other neutral supervisor for these kind of problems, because this was a really...
Read moreI went to Arena B on Saturday night during ADE, and it was by far the most dangerous venue I’ve ever experienced – all because of the floor. It was unbearably hot, and the floor was soaking wet, making it incredibly slippery. It honestly felt like trying to dance on ice. My trainers were constantly slipping, and instead of dancing freely, I was forced to keep my feet planted firmly on the ground just to avoid falling.
Several times, my feet slid out from under me, and I nearly fell. But I wasn’t the only one struggling – throughout the night, I saw multiple people lose their balance. One woman fell hard, hitting her head on the ground. We rushed to help her up, and she said the same thing: the floor was so slippery she could barely walk.
As the night went on, it only got worse. The later the party, the more dangerous the floor became. People were walking in tiny steps just to stay upright. Despite the great music and atmosphere, I couldn’t enjoy myself because I was constantly worried about slipping and injuring myself. Instead of feeling carefree and comfortable, like you should when you're out partying, I felt tense and anxious the entire time.
This floor is a serious hazard. With thousands of people dancing on such a slick surface, it's only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt. It’s an accident...
