Burger Bitch — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Drinks took quite a while to arrive despite only being a sprite, 2 coke and a bitter lemon. No non sparkling options despite water. No coffee, no tea. I could see the coffee machine from where we were sitting and asked but the response I got was: Yes we sortof do but ehhhh. ? What is that supposed to mean. Staff didn't elaborate when asked furfher, so I ordered something else.

Staff felt rushed with trying to order despite there only being 2 other people in there who were already eating.

Did not come and ask if we wanted more drinks despite all 4 of us having finished our drinks 2 bites into the burger.

Food was alright. Didn't take too long too arrive. Juicy burger. A friend of mine can only eat halal or vegetarian, so he went for the falafel burger. He said it was alright, but nothing to write home about.

The coleslaw portion you get with the fries for + 5 euros is literally 2 bites small.

The music is LOUD, barely able to hear one another.

I entered the place and directly could smell it was dirty. I ordered 2 Budweisers and the waitress brought completely different beers. I asked her is that a Bud and she said no, but it is the only lager we have, even though it was not even a lager. I said but it is on the menu, but apparently she didn’t inform us that they don’t have anything from that menu... I mean shouldn’t that be the first thing she should have done? Ok but then we ordered one single burger and one with coleslaw and fries. She brought us two full menus... And tried to blame it on us. Then I asked for the bill and somehow the guy behind kassa just put the amount on the pin machine, I was shocked as I wanted to check if it is correct amount, finally he printed that for me, but had to ask twice. The burgers and fries were okay, not bad but not spectacular either. Staff was rushed and had an attitude of "get on with it", after we ordered and received our food we haven't seen the waitress anymore. The beer we got was badly poured, the glass was 3 quarters full + more than usual foam. When I asked about it I got a very curt "Well THAT is how we pour, otherwise it'll spill over". I think the menu you find online doesn't exist, they only really do the events menu, which is a combo deal of burger + fries + something they pass off as coleslaw. We wanted to try the chili cheese fries, but were told that no sides were available in a way that made us feel like we were asking the waitress to squeeze out a kidney stone.
