Passion Food — Local services in Leiden

I wanted to book a cook workshop for our team event and gave them a call. We have identified the day which was available and requested more details about themes and the dishes. We locked the day on the phone but the person on the phone rejected to give further information about the themes etc. and requested and email confirmation which is understandable. Sent them an email to finalize thee booking and requested some information about the themes. No replies for 2 days, decided to follow up with a call. They said the date is not available. At this stage I have already informed my team and everyone was so excited. This was an extremely frustrating experience for us, I found them very ignorant to their customers. If their front of the house is that messy with lack of professionalism I cannot even imagine the rest. I would not recommend this place for groups who are trying to organise team events. As a response to their reply below: Just adding a photo with the time stamps of the email sent 8:30am Monday morning and the call made at 4:32pm Tuesday evening. As you all can see rather than apologising for the inconvenience they caused, they choose to lie and blame...

Just had a lovely lunch there with my girlfriend while i was on holiday from Ireland today. The people who worked there were so nice and the staff woman translated​ the whole menu from Dutch to English from us.
