Edgeware Village Kiwibank — Local services in Christchurch

Been using this store to send stuff away frequently for over half a year now, never had a problem, just good service.

I most often end up in-store when Hannah and Michele are working the counter -I'm pretty sure their names are but I'm so sorry if I've got that wrong- although I'm sure I've dealt through everyone by now, and they're incredibly welcoming, personable, and always willing to help.

I post things often, and I was concerned seeing all the bad reviews for this place when I moved into the neighborhood.

But, like I said, after half a year of frequenting this store I must say the bad reviews are either outdated to the point of being irrelevant, or just plain wrong. Any bad reviews here seem more a reflection of lack of accountability on the reviewers part, rather than a representation or the wonderful service the...

Dear Madam and Sir at Edgeware Bookshop, maybe you need to go for a refresher on the NZ Post services course. The parcel has been ordered 30 hours ago and already paid for it... and you are a parcel dropoff point for Courier Post and NZ Post. It only takes a few clicks and button pushes to verify an internal tracking number. This is not the Kiwi Way. It makes me sad to see the old staff gone, they knew what they were doing, not even...

A very handy NZ Post and Kiwibank being located in Edgeware Village. Do note that you need to go through the doors on the footpath because the front door to the shop is on the left inside. A clean, well presented shop it has all the services you would expect.
