The ladies are lovely & they fixed my mani & pedicure when I had to go back the next morning. I was so disappointed & upset with how it was done. I am meant to do 1 star but this 3 is because they fixed & apolized

My advice is to anyone looking at going there, please ensure your cuticles are cleaned as thats part of the manicure & pedicure you are paying for. My cuticles were not cleaned until I went back and got them fixed. There was no lottion applied or even a proper foot/hand massage like what I've experieneced else where. double check, & ensure you are happy before you leave so that they can fix it for you

what annoys me is that us customers go there to RELAX and enjoy our ME time... we shouldn't have to double check or tell them how to do their job. they should know what steps is needed for a pedicure & manicure, esp not rush and do half of the work that we paid for. sad, but in saying this the ladies are lovely just the one I got needs to work on doing a proper job for every customer, not just some. she did apologize and I do hope she don't do it again to someone else

I went to remove SNS nail polish (powder) today, the lady who removed it was very rude and this was my first time removing this type of nail polish, she did not soak my nails in acetone or anything of the sort, she just started peeling off the nail polish and it was a very painful experience. It left my nails looking horrible and she peeled a very deep layer of my nails off along with the polish. After bringing this to her attention she had the audacity to blame this on me and saying its my fault for not telling her I didn't want my polish to be removed in this brutal way! I then asked her for a refund since she dismantled my nails, she said no that is not possible as this is all my own fault! I then spoke to a man who I think was the manager and he treated me like I was less than smart. He said this is my fault and tried to take advantage of the fact that this is my first time taking it off and this is what is supposed to happen! I have friends that have removed their nail SNS polish before and they were all shocked after I explained how this salon removed my polish! absolutely horrible experience, please do not go to them as they will ruin your healthy nails as you can see from the attached photo of what happened...

Lovely ladies but I expect my acrylic white to nails to last longer than one week. They started lifting after a week near the base. 8 days later I went to Professional Nails in Brisbane and they were like who did this it's a bad job. It's lifting which it shouldn't after one week and they are too thick. I said it was a Professional Nails salon in Auckland lol. She tidied them up for me and was like see this is how it should look, more natural and the base is blended in so well she improved the shape too.

I also had my eyelash extensions (classics) put in at the botany salon after my nails were done and they were ok. My sister saw me after the apt and was like were are your eyelash extensions and what's up with your nails lol. I had to get the eyelash extensions beefed up 8 days later as well lol. I came out of that session paying $40 to get them beefed up and she put in so many it looked amazing. Meanwhile I spent $70 or $75 at the botany Professional Nails and even though they were classics they were too light / not...
