We had such a wonderful experience at the new Malabar Gold & Diamonds store here in Auckland! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly, and we were especially lucky to be assisted by Sijo and also Thomas. He took so much time out to patiently show us through their beautiful collection, explaining the details and helping us explore different designs without ever making us feel rushed.
Sijo’s professionalism and genuine helpfulness really stood out. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to make sure you’re completely satisfied, and he truly went above and beyond.
We are absolutely thrilled to now have such a stunning store here in Auckland – the range, the service, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back, and we feel very fortunate to have Malabar Gold & Diamonds so close by now.

We were speaking to a lady and in the middle of conversation she said sorry I have been assigned to someone else and left the conversation. We were there to spend nearly 5-6k which we do every year around diwali and of course you lost us. We chose not to stay even for a minute. Very bad service and the guy in white shirt may be manager when we asked if the lady didn’t want to serve us and we were about to leave he said it’s ok.
