Botany Town Centre is an average shopping center that I recently visited. The center is located at a convenient spot, and the range of stores available there is decent. However, I was not impressed with the layout of the stores, which are spread out across two super busy roads that you need to walk across to get to the different stores. This was quite a hassle, especially for people with mobility issues.

The variety of stores available at Botany Town Centre is average. There are some good clothing stores, a few electronics stores, and some cafes and restaurants. However, I found that the layout of the center made it difficult to navigate. The stores are not well-organized, making it hard to find what you need.

One of the biggest issues I had with Botany Town Centre was the parking situation. It was a nightmare to find a parking spot during peak hours. There were not enough parking spaces available, which meant that I had to park quite far away from the entrance. This could be quite inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of shopping to carry.

Another downside of the center is that it is located on two very busy roads, which can be dangerous to cross. There are pedestrian crossings, but they are not very well-marked, and I felt quite unsafe crossing the road at times. Additionally, the traffic noise was quite loud and distracting, which made shopping less enjoyable.

Overall, I would rate Botany Town Centre as an average shopping center. While it has a decent range of stores, the layout is poorly organized, and the parking situation is a nightmare. Additionally, the center's location on two busy roads makes it inconvenient and unsafe for shoppers. If you're looking for a shopping center with a better layout and parking, there are better...

Parking rating. Car parks are normally full so we normally park out back ways. There’s only one problem there’s a area that is for PAID parking yet the signs are not noticeable and there’s no road marking apart from a light faded blue line at the entrance where the right sign is tilted to the left so when entering you can’t see that this area is for PAID parking. Also to note the guy was sitting in his car when we drove in to park he could of told us we need to pay to park there as he was directly in front of us but opposite car park. We were only gone for a couple minutes we shopped in the sweet land shop and left at 11:17 to our car to leave, as we were approaching our car he got back into his car and speed off in a hurry. We didn’t even notice the ticket until driving away.. which is $65 even though we came back within a few minutes which he was still there and saw us. How sad he must of been money hungry would have been nice if he had just told us and we would have found another car park. To note there was some signs but you would hardly notice it which I’ve provided photos of and also the Google maps doesn’t mention that it’s paid parking (which I’ll see if it can be added) also from the other car park you can go straight through and park and wouldn’t notice a sign if you park against the back fence area, or any where in there that doesn’t have a sign or marking. Markings and more signs need to be...

Just like to say that botany town centre is mean place it has very nice and friendly people the shops are brilliant nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops it got library and cinemas it's an indoor/outdoor mall the stores are outside the stores are all in one like rebel sport, biscoes, Noel leeming etc. its a place where you can meet friends to catch up and chill I like the da garden lane that has the chess set up to play and for kids to play. It's a place to meet pretty girls the atmosphere is nice it's a nice place to relax on Fridays afternoon and Saturdays mornings for cup of coffee. It's close to schools and the people who live in the area. I like that how they have little events in the town centre drive and have little performance it's a great place for school holidays it's clean and tidy. The parking can be difficult sometimes, it does get buzy mostly on Saturdays. It's peaceful love the people. It got courses like itc, nzie and childcare it should have another course for all ages that has fun exciting classes. It got the xtreme entertainment that has bowling, pool table and acade games. One store I would like to have is footlocker there is one at manukau but I would like one at the town centre for the people in the area.

So keep it up botany, doing a good job to make the town centre fun, relaxing place for family and...

Fantastic Dragon Dance Show on Chinese New Year Day 2024 On 10/2/2024, my husband and I enjoyed the dragon dance show at Botany Town Centre on 10/2/2024. The show started at New World Supermarket at around 10am and there were quite a number of customers gathered together around New World Supermarket. Both adults and kids Freon all countries pretty much enjoyed the show as all of the customers followed the dragon dance team to walk from New World to the Farmers Botany Town Centre. After the dragon dance show, we attended a Chinese Craft workshop near Farmers from around 10:30 to 11am. We enjoyed this workshop and there were lots of customers queuing up for the workshop after we finished ours. Year of the Dragon is definitely a prosperous and fruitful year for all of us! We highly recommend you to
