a tale of caution, in my current situation, door to door frieght services has been the worst experience with a freight forwarder in my many years of importing, it started when I engaged them to ship for me a standard FCL FOB from China, Shenzen to Auckland, it cost me so far 13,000 and I still have not seen any sign of my goods, delay after delay was mostly caused due to a lack of attention paid due to my small size at Door to Door Frieght Services, which is fine, I can deal with being neglected, next once the cargo arrives in auckland, D2D contracts their delivery provider, they send them to our address with half the container load unpacked, I was waiting for them all day because no time of delivery was communicated, they said they tried to deliver, sent a sketchy map with times that don't make sense and now, 2,500 extra for missed delivery and also, Door to Door Frieght Services says you don't get anything until you pay the extra now, I said no, I already paid in full the 13,000++ to get my cargo, and here I am with nothing to sell, if you value your business and managed to read this far, good, beware.
