A massive thank you to Aden and the team at Lagoon View for the support and guidance shown to me and to my family at this difficult time. Aden also took over as their was a problem with my Dad not having a GP as he was in a resthome and I called in to see Aden and explained to him what was happening and Aden had sorted it out for me as my anxiety was hitting an all time high but with the advice and support from Aden all was sorted and in place. The Lagoon View Team even bought a Cooler for our Dad when Mums Air conditioning unit decided to play up of all times but an email sent to Aden and someone was here first thing the next morning with the cooler and we were all just so happy with the way the team made everything run as smooth as things could be for myself and my family at this difficult time for our family. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have an awesome team from the Lagoon Funeral Service to accommodate us for the loss of our sister Leah...from Denise picking her up right up to her last ride to Waikumete.Your facility was very ideal to have our service in one place for our sister. Everything was within reach, especially when most of our siblings resides overseas. My Dad passed away last week I choose lagoon funeral services because my Dad brought me up in Panmure Dad and i havent lived in the area for many years still many of his friends live in Panmure and they highly recommended lagoon funeral services. What our whanau loved about their service was we were able to sleep on site with our Dad they had cooking facilities showers and toilets. I admit they their facilities are not as good as the Hyatt but if their clients whanau would stop damaging and thieving their property and start paying their debt maybe u would get top facilities. Their prices were the lowest I came across and i rang just ABOUT ever parlor in Auckland I also spoke to Cigna Funeral Insurance and they confirmed that the price was the lowest they have seen.
