I didnt really want to do this but for the sake of our family dogs i think its needed. A few months ago i started buying the WAG dog rolls from the G.I store. I picked one up and it was frozen. After asking staff if they had been frozen they told me they werent (me knowing they were). I asked to speak to the manager and asked the same question. Again was told they werent... He sorted it out as it was a problem with the chiller. I like to have some extra on hand so I freeze them sometimes. Just like human meat if its frozen, thawed and frozen again it makes them bad. I went in this week and attempted to buy more rolls and guess what.... theyre frozen. I put alot of money into my dog and if anything happens to him because of this i will be holding these guys accountable. I will not buy my dog rolls from here again and suggest if anyone else freezes their dog rolls for your dogs health... DONT BUY FROM GLEN...

Was thinking, rather than placing the smartly printed cardboard box in the recycle bin it might be of benefit to your business and the less waste if we (consumers) return it when we pick up the next order?
