KFC Glen Innes — Restaurant in Maungakiekie-Tāmaki

This is probably the worse KFC i've ever been to… walked in the staff are dancing to music off their bluetooth speaker, i mean.... thats cool and all but not when the energy they put into their work is absolutely appalling. The chicken was super dry as if they cooked a big batch then left it in the warmer to overcooked itself, the chicken was so overcooked it shrunk in size. they really need to look into hiring better staff and having better management, this comes to question the hygiene practice inside of this place and other things that they aren’t doing probably if food is being served like this. YES this happened once, we ignored it and thought its probably just been a bad day…. 2nd time was the same and will be the last visit to Glen Innes KFC for anyone who don’t mind a little drive further down to Panmure KFC, OMG! they hands down give you your KFC experience that you want… visited 5x and counting and they never disappoint especially when they make their chicken breast super moist and juicy, which is now my favourite chicken piece if Panmure KFC keeps...

Poor customer service, simple problem solving and communication skills.

Myself and a work mate had gotten off for lunch and decided to go to kfc Glen Innes for some food, we arrived and ordered our food from the digital menu's (I grabbed a buzzer from the counter because they had not been refilled and put my order number in) my mate ordered his but did not pick up his buzzer and then another gentleman ordered on that machine and picked up that buzzer and from there on basically what had happened was our orders got mixed around (not a big deal it happens and my buzzer I guess since I grabbed it off the front counter didn't activate) but what wasn't appropriated was the employee servicing us with a sassy attitude and making the three of us customers feel like idiots even after explaining what had happened but we just left it, grabbed our food and left cause myself and my mate had to get back to site, but to my surprise after getting back to site I found that my burger wasn't there and the chicken was very dry, never had this bad of an experience at...

I went in and purchased two meals. My friend and I were in there, as we always are. There’s one staff member who consistently has an attitude, but I always chose to be nice and assumed that’s just how she was.

Today, I politely asked, “Could I please have a little extra salt?” She looked at me and my partner, didn’t even open the chip box, and then started aggressively shaking salt all over the bench and into my food, saying, “Is this enough salt?”

The amount of patience I’ve had over time with this staff member—always using my manners—I can tell you now, I’m deeply offended at how we were treated. Was she just having a bad day? Honestly, I don’t care anymore. I have always used my manners, even when I didn’t want to, and I should have been treated with basic respect—especially considering I spent over $45 on...
