Hoping for a cut above, I visited [Butchery Name], but left feeling pounded. The meat selection was passable, sirloins were fresh, but the mince was as tough as a fistfight, and the chicken thighs lacked tenderness. Prices were steep, like they’re trying to knock you out. The real off-putter was the owner’s bruising demeanor; his heavy-handed approach, especially toward female staff, left a sour taste no spice rub could fix. It’s like he’s more into slamming than slicing. The shop’s clean, but the vibe’s as tense as a brawl. I’d rather not tangle with this place again, plenty of butchers in Auckland won’t leave...

I wouldnt even give them a star if I could. Brought one kilo of their sausages to try the other week while passing through. For the price they charge $18 some thing per kilo with the sign on the sausages saying "Pure Beef" more like pure fat. I have never seen such a weird colour of oil come out of a sausage before while they where boiling. I fried them up and they were the worst I have ever tasted. They didnt have any flavour to them and the texture was very mashy . I'll go back to buying Helliers Beef sausages from the Supermarket for half the price and least their one is...

I purchased the amazing smash burger mince. It was tasty and very juicy. Highly recommend. I will be coming back every time I make smash burgers. Also love the extras, such as buns, sauce, pickles. Makes it a one stop place for all my burger needs.

The sausages are also great, there is a really cool selection and interesting flavours. I bought the chilli chicken mango sausages, and when i put them on the bbq the smell was divine.

My favourite butcher, and very local for me.
