I am a heavy truck driver and have been a furniture removalist for a competing company previously. I can not express how fantastic this company was. From management to reception right through to the crew. The price was fantastic. The crew were amazing, I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. My items were stowed with a fantastic technique, truck was modern and in fantastic clean condition, the guys worked together seamlessly and I was super stoked to see the support given to the newbie. All items arrived damage free (minor damages/wear to be expected in any move). I cannot express how freaking awesome these guys were and how valuable they all are. Sneaky side note, super awesome to see a female manager running such a solid team. Thank you again guys, honestly, so grateful!! All the best moving forward. Keep on...

We got Number 1 NZ van lines to move our stuff from NZ to Spain. This is the worst service and packing I have ever seen in my life, NOTHING was packed properly at all! these photos are just some of many I can upload 100 more. They just open a box and throw in was ever is next to them. Tools thrown in with glassware tools in with photos custom build arcade machine completely wrecked. Petrol left in the power washer split over everything. Your not allowed to ship anything flammable!! They put the printer in the fridge?? not even wrapped! Over 5000 euros of our stuff was broken, things we cant replace wedding gifts and trophy's all smashed broken. Not to mention many things that just disappeared? Stay well away from No1 NZ Van Lines. Still to this day we have not revived any email...

Absolutely brilliant service. I couldn't recommend NZ van lines - Nelson Movers enough. Their communication was fantastic, from the outset. We were notified when all our items arrived at the depot, including our motorbikes, which we were allowed to go and view. It was easy to arrange a date for delivery, which was confirmed a few days before. The moving team, consisting of Will, Petra and Josh, were so friendly, yet professional, and worked tirelessly unloading all our boxes. They unpacked them, putting things in their place and helped to assemble all the furniture. They were fantastic. We call them The 'A' team.
