Great Product- spa- Hot Pool I purchased a spa from Spa Guys Rotorua a 4 person used but only one yr old, no damage fiberglass spa. I first saw it on trade me and then I contacted them direct. I paid half up front and then half when it was delivered. The spa guy employee and son came w spa on trailer to deliver it to my door in Cambridge, Waikato. They had moving trolley gear, 4 of us maneuvered spa into place, it is bloody heavy. (NOTE: you can’t just plug any spa into any normal 10amp plug you have to have a special 15 Amp plug out in by a sparky- took a while to find a sparky who would come and do such a small job). We have been using spa for 6 months now and it is going strong, no issues, works well- hubby uses it more than I do! We got steps, ozone generator, and spa cover holder for getting it on and off, spa cover also has keys that lock it on, so it’s kid proof if you need to pass an inspection- key can be hidden. I needed to upgrade the spa control system for my wooden hot tub spa. Sam recommended I replace my outdated system with a complete Spanet Package (SV Mini 1 Controller (c/w SV-MT Touch Pad), 2 speed pump and a 5.5kw Integrated heat pump). During our discussion, Sam gave me the confidence that he knew what he was talking about so I made the online payment expecting the new Spanet system to arrive over land the following week (I live in New Plymouth). However, the system arrived two days later along with simple to install instructions which allowed me to do the system replacement over the weekend. Sam made himself available during this period to answer a couple of technical queries - I've never had this level of support before. The new Spanet system is doing exactly what Sam said it would do. The electrical power consumption has been halved as has the cost of operating the hot tub. Frankly - The Spa Guys (Sam) are an absolute pleasure to deal with and truly delivered a quality service. The Spa Guys did an outstanding job on the commercial supply and install of two cedar spas for our accommodation business Toka Ridge. The project was delivered on time, on budget and with a comprehensive video run through explanation of how to operate the tubs. Communication through out the process has been excellent and the pricing was fair and reasonable with invoices itemised. The design is very clever. Its super robust, reduces maintenance required and has already saved us a fortune on our power bill! The workmanship is immaculately tidy. The after care has been great with regular testing and water care. The guests love the new spas and the water is always crystal clear even after heavy use.
