Tuakau Pizza — Local services in North Island

Wow the service I experienced from this establishment was appalling I paid just under $80 buying pizza and ribs and it was shocking. Food was burnt and the pizza was worst than a $5 pizza from pizza hut. I don't blame the workers or servers i blame management and owners. Absolutely shocking when I went back to confront the issue management was no where to be seen and they left the minimum waged workers to deal with the issue.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at your establishment. I spent just under $80 on pizza and ribs, only to receive food that was burnt and of shockingly poor quality—honestly worse than a $5 pizza from Pizza Hut.

What made the situation even worse was the complete absence of management when I returned to raise my concerns. The staff on duty, clearly not at fault and working for minimum wage, were left to deal with an issue they had no authority to resolve. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told they were unavailable and there was no clear indication of when they’d return.

This isn’t just a complaint about one bad meal—it’s about poor leadership and customer service. I strongly urge the owners and management to take accountability and address both the quality control in the kitchen and the lack of managerial presence when...

I forgot to take photos but the pizzas have the perfect ratio of toppings to sauce. I love the cheese lover & Veggie Delight pizzas from the classic range and the stuff cheesy garlic bread 😍 the bases are delicious too, tasting homemade rather than the store bought ones that tend to be dry. This place sells the most disgusting pizza's I have ever tasted in my life, it’s almost like they are pre making them then freezing them and heating them when sold. The meat tastes off and the bases are all rubbery and soggy.
