I have had many of Thai salads thought I would try one from them for a change of my usual fried noodle and Basil After the first bite my mouth was on fire couldn't Eat it far to much chill?I called him the next day and said how hot it was that I couldn't eat it ordered my usual he said do you realize that there are Thai spices in this salad I Explained yes I do but It shouldn't be like A Hot I dian curry.He said no Apology but said if I bring this back he won't replace it.I wasted 15 bucks on something I couldn't Eatvery disrespectful Respectfull customer service he Has completely lost me...

A frequent takeaway and they have previously been great allergy wise when ordering and making food. However this visit after confirming twice on the phone the order would be all made gluten free, on pick up one of the three dishes wasn’t, the proprietor did advise it wasn’t made as ordered and was not gluten free, he didn’t offer to remake, replace or reimburse just sent me away.
