Great Arcade! Hubby, myself and the kids loved our time here. Nicely hidden yet surprisingly decent space inside, with a wide variety of arcade machines to choose from. I really appreciated the jug of water and glass cups for customers — such a thoughtful touch. I also noticed they had a private party hire room, a karaoke room, laser tag room and pixel floor block game looked like heaps of fun! Other cool machine features were the soft serve ice cream machine and cotton candy for a sweet treat. Customer service from Bronson was top-notch — he was friendly, quick to fix an issue with one of the machines, and happy to answer any questions we had as we were first timers. We celebrated my daughter’s 11th birthday on Friday and I was so impressed. We arrived at 5pm and were greeted warmly by Paige and Claudia. The party room was clean, and I really appreciated that there was a sink inside. I probably asked too many questions, but the girls were so accommodating and helpful.

We ordered food from the party menu. It was hot and tasted good. The transitions from bowling to laser tag, then to the party room and arcade, ran so smoothly. We stayed right until closing because we were having such a great time.

The Big Karaoke room they put us in Majority of the songs came up as ERROR CODE 4 and costed us $48 dollars for one hour and not only that our songs weren’t coming up we had to re-enter the other songs to show the same thing and it ruined our mood the customer service was amazing! Props to the three people that were working especially to the one that was cleaning the machines and the cotton candy machine you are such a lovely person! As for the company please make sure everything is working fine. Though I understand it’s hard to get everything up and running on the first try but at least run a few test on it before...
