I only stayed because John and Roy know what Customer Service is and how to treat customers Sonia sent me an email confirmed I have moved my stuff and when I should get the refund. It’s now Tuesday. So I emailed and got Anne and her reply, if only someone said that to me the week of the move in person, or over the phone.
