OMG...literally the most perfect, amazing Wedding Day, planned to utter perfection by Haley from Queenstown Elopements. From the very first moment I emailed Haley for more information and a quote she replied straight away outlining everything. We had chatted about many different options to try and find the right locations for what we wanted to experience and within our budget. Nothing was ever a problem or a hassle to tweak things here and there. Haley genuinely wants to make sure you end up with your perfect wedding day. Her warm and friendly nature made our decision so easy to go with Queenstown Elopements. The entire process so was easy, stress free and so enjoyable. Despite having some unforseen personal circumstances and having to make location changes 4 weeks out, Haley was so understanding and helped move some things around so we could still capture the landscape and beautiful scenery that drew us to Queenstown in the first place. She had booked and organised absolutely everything. All we had to do was book our accomadation and flights. Even for things she wasn't organising she still helped with, like giving us lists of places to eat based on the vibe we wanted to achieve that day, accommodation recommendations. She really went above an beyond. Our Wedding Day was literally the best day ever. Haley and the fabulous team of photography, videographers, hair and make up artists arrived and she was there on site with you making sure everything ran smoothly. The entire day was so relaxed and everybody was just having fun. We did not have to worry or think about a single thing. It really was all about us and celebrating our love. I really struggle to actually find the words to thank Haley and fabulous team at Queenstown Elopement because it doesn't seem enough. You created a magical day, full of love, laughter and adventure, with memories that will last us a lifetime. It far exceeded our expectations. Anybody whose on the fence thinking about an Elopement, just do it. I promise you won't regret it. You get an opportunity to celebrate your love in the most intimate way. And I cannot think of anyone better to help you achieve that dream day than Queenstown...

When my husband and I began our search for an elopement provider, we knew immediately that Queenstown Elopements were going to be who we went with. From the get go, Haley’s communication and ability to work with our vision was a step above the rest. After a few emails, we had a plan, completed surveys about our preferences and got to spend the rest of our engagement knowing that everything was sorted.

As the big day approached, more excited surveys/emails came our way – we gave our input and inspo for decor, hair, makeup and were able to add in extras like platters, drinks and guest packages. We also spent time sending information to our celebrant Tess Kelly and had a call with her a week before the ceremony. Something that stood out for us was how laid-back the timeline of the day was.

On the day, Haley, Tess and Carla blended in seamlessly to our small group of friends and family. They immediately felt like friends of ours. We both felt ridiculously relaxed for a wedding day which was just what we wanted! Haley coordinated the running of the day including a toast, the aisle walk, seating, music and making sure our location was looking ship-shape.

Tess absolutely smashed the ceremony – her words captured exactly how we felt. We both loved how Tess made sure we knew exactly what was happening and when so that things went smoothly.

Carla, Queenstown Elopements photographer, was another highlight of the experience. We both loved her work but felt nervous that we would look awkward in photos. Carla immediately made us feel relaxed and like we could be ourselves while she worked her magic. Our sneak peak of photos was beyond our expectations! While we were whisked away for some quick photos, Haley and Tess took care of our guests.

When it came time for our party to head to dinner and leave the team behind, it genuinely felt like we were saying goodbye to old friends that should have been coming with us!

I cannot say enough good things about Haley and the rest of the Queenstown Elopements team. I contacted quite a few companies, but Haley immediately stood out above the crowd, and you could tell she genuinely cares and loves what she does. You don't feel like another number with Haley; her enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for what she does shines through in every communication. Planning an elopement on the other side of the planet while juggling work and life is rough, but Haley made everything a breeze both leading up to and on the day. She's adept at planning, coordinating, alleviating anxiety, and navigating all the inevitable small hiccups that happen day of, and she does it all with a smile!

And the team she pulled together can't be beat! Tess (our wonderful celebrant) really takes the time to get to know you as a couple, making for a special and touching ceremony that felt like us. Nat (my talented Hair and MUA) really listened to what I wanted and was able to make adjustments from our hair and makeup trial to achieve a look better than anything I could ever have envisioned. Plus, we had such a good time that she put me in the perfect mindset/mood for the day! Carla (our gifted photographer) and Ned (our ace videographer) made two awkward individuals who don't enjoy the limelight so comfortable that we didn't even think about it after the first few minutes. Carla provided easy direction to capture the most incredible shots, and we had a great time doing it! And James (our intrepid pilot) from Heliworks was spectacular, balancing a blend of information on the area with some very entertaining/witty jokes, all while displaying some very impressive flight skills. Even had it not been our wedding day, I would still rank it the best Helicopter flight I've ever been on, and I've done a few.
