For dessert, Rebecca truly outdid herself . This course was an intricate composition of flavors and textures that left us in awe. Homemade ice cream, silky and smooth, was presented on a bed of pistachio next to a smothering of choc de luce, a luscious chocolate delight that added depth and richness to the dessert. The addition of freeze-dried pink grapefruit was a stroke of genius, providing a surprising burst of tartness that beautifully balanced the sweetness of the ice cream and chocolate. To Top it off a dark chocolate tart, with its perfectly crisp crust and luxuriously rich filling, rounding out the dessert with an indulgent finish. Each element of this dessert was crafted with care and precision, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors that were simply irresistible. We had the most wonderful time with Rebecca on our recent trip to NZ! She was so easy to work with, coordinated with us even though we were a bit chaotic, and brought some of the best food ever! Cannot recommend Rebecca & her amazing private chef service highly enough.

She created the most amazing vegan ensemble for our private luxury wedding meal. She consulted with us a few months before our wedding date & then provided a beautiful menu for us to review shortly after. We left everything in her hands though, as it looked so perfect from the very beginning.

We literally had goosebumps with the amazing flavours & textures she was able to create from start to finish. Something that is no easy feat with a completely vegan menu.

Serving our food was Holly who we also cannot speak highly enough off - We really felt like royalty on our special day. Holly also created us the tastiest cocktail/mocktail mixes.
