Even just looking at the photos again is making my mouth water, remembering the flavours I was treated to. The seafood risotto is quite easily the best risotto I have ever eaten, and Iāve sampled one or two, with the delicious homemade flatbread being the unsung hero. Then we had dessert, where do I start. Saying I have a sweet tooth is an understatement and Iāve had enough desserts to appreciate just how spectacular every element of this dessert was. The chocolate torte was the perfect balance of richness and flavour. The handmade pistachio ice cream could easily have been the star of the show, giving a delicious savoury element to the dish, but then the sumptuously chocolatey dulce de leche sauce stole the show with its sublime flavour. She created the most amazing vegan ensemble for our private luxury wedding meal. She consulted with us a few months before our wedding date & then provided a beautiful menu for us to review shortly after. We left everything in her hands though, as it looked so perfect from the very beginning.
We literally had goosebumps with the amazing flavours & textures she was able to create from start to finish. Something that is no easy feat with a completely vegan menu.
