PEEPING TOM!!! RELAX ITS DONE WAS SO RUDE HOW THEY TREATED US AFTER OUR NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCES. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. NO SECURITY. Dream turned nightmare. 2 TUSSOCK LANE was probably one of the most surreal places I could have ever imagined but walking around I couldn't shake this weird feeling at night because there were no shades to cover the windows.Then our worst nightmare happened.there was someone on the roof. Yes! We had a peeping Tom walking on the roof over the garage port right by the bathroom window where I was standing just getting out of the shower. We were so frightened that we didn't know if someone was also actually in the house? We noticed every door had a key in it, just extra single keys in ALL the doors inside the house. So we freaked out thinking anyone could have a copy of the many house keys. We grabbed what we could as weapons to defend ourselves.My boyfriend waited till we heard nothing else and checked the property. No one was there anymore.we tried to calm down. We went for a hike the next day, returned around 11 PM. We walked into the kitchen from the garage to start making a late dinner. I sat down on the sofa and turned on the TV. Some kind of music station and I turned it on medium volume. As soon as I turned the volume up, while my boyfriend was starting to cook, there was YES AGAIN SOMEONE WAS ON THE ROOF AGAIN!! (They were already on the roof when we pulled in I'm assuming and waited till we made enough noise they could leave)...we JUMPED UP in frantic I grabbed a knife while my boyfriend did the same off the kitchen counter! I ran to the door and we heard the gate shaking from someone jumping down off the roof past the gate onto the very steep slanted driveway. Bc of the slant in driveway it is so so easy to access the roof from where the gate connects to the house. We called the police this time. They investigated the roof and saw there was high traffic of foot prints just by the edge of roof and in front of windows ALl windows on second floor! The cops put down talcum powder and suggested we leave. It had been raining and later we find out that no workers have recently been on the roof so there should not have been fresh muddy foot prints. After the police investigated they acknowledged that there is someone(s) defintley on the roof and mostly in front of the windows. Therefore probably a peeping tom. We had to move to a hotel. We were traveling for 6 weeks from Australia to New Zealand. We are from America. So Lots of luggage it was extremely inconvenient and we were so shaken up by the lack of security in the house and that we have a peeping Tom TWO nights in a row. After we moved to a hotel at 2 am we then were expected to be checked out by 11 am and go pack the rest of our luggage to then move to another house. We had wasted 3 days on moving and therefore did not get to do 3 days of activities on the lake or around Queenstown. We were so distraught we didnt even sleep well in the new house they moved us to bc same situation. Sky window perfectly positioned to see into the master bedroom. Which my boyfriend walked out on back patio area and was easily able to step up onto the roof. What did he see Yes muddy foot prints literally walking on edge of roof to sky window and prints in front of window. No where else on roof by like wires or where you would think work men would be walking.The property manager Margaret drove me in her minivan to check out the new location to make sure it was safe. She and I looked at the roof before we decided to move there and told me "I think it's a bigger problem then just one house." I didn't even know how to take that. The owner and Margaret were waiting right at 11am at the house we moved into to make sure we were checked out on the next day bc they wanted to let us know they couldn't refund us any of our nights we paid for. We literally got no sleep for 3 out of the 6 nights and we had to call the police and go to the police station which took half a day as well as move 3 times with almost 6 bags of luggage due to the length of...

“OUR INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH “RELAX IT’S DONE & CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU IN JULY” Before reading my review, I wanted say that every great thing you have read about this company is true -total Luxury all the way. I would know - as my family has used and will continue to use this outstanding company on our many return holiday trips to Queenstown. I have travelled all over the world, including my many years of travelling with The Seven Network and The Disney Channel and I can say, that this company cares about their clients, their wants and needs and definitely making sure that any concerns you may have are very quickly attended to. If you are heading to Queenstown and are following the trend of renting a Luxury holiday home , then I can without question or any doubt recommend, that you discover the stunning ranges of Homes, that Relax It’s Done offers, not to mention the 24 hour a day service that Margaret and Abbey and the team from the company provide. Sometimes I think that Margaret never sleeps. We first started using Relax It’s Done when our booking with a Boutique Luxury Hotel had our check-out dates incorrect and we needed a place to stay immediately. We called Relax It’s Done and discussed our situation and during peak ski season, they went through the homes on offer and our options. Once we agreed on a house, Maragaret told us that her team would head over to the Villa immediately and we could meet her there in 30 - 45 minutes....... Perfect, we went and had a coffee and a walk around the lake with the kids and then we headed to our new home base in Queenstown. It was incredible and offered everything that we were told it did. I loved the keyless entry, something I have in my own home and after several years using this company , most of their properties use this feature. A feature that is great when you are on holidays and offers great security, especially when you are travelling with 4 children and safety is one of your KEY concerns. For our Family this company provides stunning Luxury Homes and we arrive in Queenstown and we drive straight to our home away from home, with the bonus of Margaret meeting us upon arrival and making sure we have everything we need and letting us know that she is contactable 24 hours a day. Our most recent stay was at “LAKEHOUSE JOELA” , this home offers Luxury Luxury and more Luxury and of course you can not forgot about the stunning views of the Lake from so many rooms in the house. It suited my family perfectly, offering five bedrooms and space for kids to do their own things and we could all just relax after a day in the snow. We have stayed at “Lake Esplanade Villa” and “Papillon”, with JOELA being my favourite. All of the properties that we have stayed in are spotless, provide amazing hotel style bedding and all homes have taken security very seriously . As a mother this is always an important factor in where we stay. There are so many great things I could say about this company. Relax It’s Done, is the real deal. If you are looking for a property in Queenstown and you go to their website and choose a home or villa that suits your budget, when you arrive - everything you have read about the property will be there and more. It’s is like you know you are definitely going to be staying at a great place and then you arrive and it is even better than you could ever imagine. A fantastic holiday home, a view of the lake , being with your family or loved ones and being in Queenstown. I don’t often write reviews but when I do, I tell it how it is. If you are looking for a great Luxury Holiday Home, then give “Relax It’s Done a try or you can ring the girls and talk about what you are looking for in a home away from home. We will always use this company and will be in Queenstown again soon staying in an amazing home in a perfect location. When you are travelling with 4 kids, it is important to make sure that you have a great home away from home. We still stay in hotels, but we are using Luxury Houses more and more for space and greater relaxation...

Stayed at Queenscliff from October 3 to October 10. This is 5 star plus.

I looked through several sites to find a suitable home to spend a week with our son, daughter in law and 2 grand children and enable us to all have our own rooms. Due to the downturn the local hospitality companies have suffered we didn't want to deal with any oversees companies and luckily came across Relax it's Done.

What a great company to deal with and their recommendation of Queenscliff to fit our needs was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting space for an extended family of 6. A large living area plus Media room gave plenty of room to keep out of each others space. The master bedroom with its own lounge gave Helen and I plenty of room to kick back and relax. The spa came in handy to relax in and talk about what we had done that day and what was on the agenda for the next. Everything you want while you are on holiday is here although we didn't utilize much of it but knowing it was there was great and also knowing if there was anything we wanted or activities organised was just a phone call away. The little things like food storage containers that so many place lack, plenty of them here.

Even though we had a bit of a hiccup as one of the bedrooms had some water damage a bed was put in the Media room for our grandson and we were more than happy. For our inconvenience a magnificent platter which lasted us for days plus a bottle of Pinot Noir and a Methode was left for us. More than I expected.

I have recommended Relax it's Done to friends and family and if we are ever down this way again we will definitely look them up first. Thanks Sarah...
