Hello everyone, Thank you for supporting our small business and we very appreciate you. I would like to clarify on some things here regarding the reviews we get lately. Firstly, this is not a website, it’s just an info box of our wee takeaway store. Pictures taken of our menu wasn’t posted by us and as most businesses there has been a price increase but we are not in control of who and when something gets posted on here. Secondly, as most regular customers are aware the lady that takes your orders have very limited English so she isn't able to give you a full description of what happened in the process of giving you someone else’s order, every time this happens we take responsibility on both parties. The most basic easy to remember phrase is “wrong order” when something like this happens in which she would ask you to come back to the store and she’ll remake your order. If some hiccups happen, please let the lady know in the most simple way so if you’re wanting to use another receipt docket then let her know that you want “another one”. We understand how frustrating it is when you’re so craving for that certain food but it just isn’t right, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Lastly, we are Chinese and we have different ways of communicating. In this situation, she doesn’t understand you and you don’t understand her so miscommunication could happen more often than not, we are very sorry. Dared to ask the lovely lady serving if I could write out another docket, as I had made a mistake with the first one, and she told me to get out of the shop! I needed that docket as I was purchasing supper for my clients and using their cash. Couldn't believe that she refused to give me another docket and orderrd ne out of the shop!
