I couldn't find any fault with the customer service I received from the two staff members I had the pleasure of interacting with last weekend. I want to express my gratitude to Shannon and Nathan; your product knowledge was incredibly helpful, and your patience and calmness while assisting customers under pressure, all delivered with a smile, exemplify excellent customer service. This is why you deserve five stars, and your boss should be very proud of the exceptional work you both provide to your customers. Having been in the retail industry for over eighteen years, it was refreshing to see that there are still individuals who truly understand what customer service means. I can’t believe what I just experienced… good old fashion service. It’s sad that this is so hard to come by now but the team at the landscape yard were amazing. I was there to purchase some rebar and they allowed me to cut and bend it on-site, which saved me from hiring the equipment. Then half through cutting the rebar, it started to rain. Cam offered me a raincoat, which turned out was his personal coat. I explained I would make it dirty as my hands were covered in dirt, and he said not to worry and he would wash it that night. I highly recommend The Landscape Yard in Glen Eden for any garden requirements. The team were great to work with from the initial telephone call to completion. I needed Scoria for a retaining wall project and I was given sound advice regarding the correct type and quantity of Scoria. A staff member was more than happy to change the incorrect tow bar on my vehicle so that I could loan one of their trailers to transport the Scoria.
