Norwegian Fjord Voyage — Local services in Aurland

Large ferry that takes you through a few of the many fjords in Norway. The ship is large and fairly new. Finding a seat will not be a problem. The weather was a little chilly outside, so I sat near the door but inside, so I could easily run outside to take a picture from the deck. I was able to sit at a table that also had a outlet to charge my phone.

The ferry features multiple levels. Also on board is a place to store your luggage. They also have a cafe. The ferry moves at a smooth pace so you won't get sea sick.

Overall the views from the ferry were amazing and a must see when your in Norway!

When you exit the ferry in Gudvangen most passengers will be on a tour and have buses waiting for them. If you booked your own route you will need to walk to the Main Street/highway and wait for the bus. The bus drivers are versed in English and taking this route. Be sure to book your bus ticket back when you purchase the ferry one-way ticket! There are more seats on the ferry than there are on the bus that brings you back!
