Be aware international travelers: It's really unfortunate to hear about the recent policy change at OSL Lounge regarding the acceptance of American Express Platinum and Centurion cards issued outside of Norway, Sweden, or Finland. As a frequent traveler who has relied on this lounge for years, the sudden exclusion based on card origin feels discriminatory and disappointing. Such exclusivity undermines the inclusive and accommodating atmosphere expected from airport lounges. Hopefully, the management reconsiders this decision to ensure all patrons feel welcome and valued regardless of their card issuer's location.

In addition to the discriminatory policy change, it's concerning that the new restrictions were not widely communicated on platforms like American Express or other channels frequented by travelers. This lack of transparency adds to the frustration and inconvenience experienced by patrons who may have relied on their cards for lounge access based on previous guidelines. Clear and timely communication regarding such significant policy shifts is essential to maintain trust and ensure travelers can make informed decisions about their airport experiences.

The lack of clarity and consistency regarding the new policy is deeply concerning, especially when even the lounge staff seem uninformed about the changes. It's troubling that patrons are left in the dark, unsure of why they're suddenly being turned away despite their longstanding membership or card privileges. The shared sentiment among both customers and staff that this decision could lead to significant loss of business and revenue underscores the widespread impact of such arbitrary restrictions. Clarity and understanding are paramount in ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for...

Surprised by the 3 star rating. It's a decent enough lounge at Oslo airport on the international departures side. You enter to walk past the food and drink stations into the large seating area that looks like it could accommodate up to a 100 people easily. Variety of seating available and most of it very comfortable. Some of the seats close to the walls have access to charging outlets but it would have been nice if they were more prevalent. Almost none of the seating on the left side of the room has any. I see lots of complaints from people about there being no space to sit but I think a lot of it boils down to people being very inconsiderate. I've seen 2 couples sit down and occupy couches that could easily accommodate 6-8 people even when there were plenty of seating spaces for 2 open. And then of course families walk in and have nowhere to sit.

Food selection is fine, they have a sundried tomato pesto pasta with many sides of salads and toppings. There is also a stain with sliced meats and breads. Some other assorted snacks and fruits complete the spread. Drink offerings are the usual sodas along with Hansa pilsner on tap, red and white wine also on tap. Brut sparkling wine and some non alcoholic beer and wine was also available.

I'd definitely come back to this lounge whenever I'm in Oslo. Definitely beats waiting at the gate or spending money on food/drinks at...

In total: Disappointing with many faults. Avoid! Saturday afternoon, the lounge was so packed with people, that some were left standing!! Sunblinds went up and down about every 10 minutes, sort of „flashing“ the lounge. Info screens only showing a few selected flights. Several seats without power outlets. FILTHY throughout: Dirty floors and carpets, dirty tables, dirty sofas, dirty walls, dirty restrooms. Restrooms seem to be cleaned only twice a day. Tables are not cleaned when cleared. Food surprisingly tasty, absolutely fresh, and seemingly high quality - however, the only warm food served is soup, apart from that its basically salad. Poor drink choice: Wine from draught, beer, sparkling wine, and some stuff from a fountain. Wifi SUPERFAST, measured 200 MBPS, way more than the 10 the Airport Wifi gives. UPDATE: Was there again and asked, why the info screens in the lounge only show a few selected flights. With a radiant smile, I was told: „Inside the lounge, only flights that are contracted with us are shown. All other guests can check their flights here on the board at the entrance“. This left me so speachless, I can only downgrade this lounge to a one star rating.

I am always out looking for airports with good lounges as a hub for me - OSL Lounge certainly only qualifies OSL for use when there is absolutely...

The Oslo Airport lounge, accessed via my BC Thai Airways boarding pass, features a spacious seating area divided into two sections. While seating is ample, the food and beverage selection is somewhat limited. Note that Priority Pass is not accepted at this location.
