Starbucks — Restaurant in Ullensaker

Terrible staff!!! When wee were in the queue to order there, there was about 4 people in front us so we just were following that people for more than 10mins. Then I noticed that suddenly some people lined up in the other direction so this became looked like two line for queue. Then when It was my turn to order, one more staff-DERYA came out to the counter to take the order. When she called the next please then suddenly one girl from other queue walked up to the counter and saying to us this is the queue, we said to her No it's a queue, we been waiting from here for long time whereas no one there in your side when we came to order. Anyway, she gone to the Derya, and ordered and they rolled the eyes together and gestured mocking us. After she finished order, Derya called next one, so we went there and she told us that was not a queue!!! OMG my sister and I weren't appreciated at all by her attitude. My sister told her "If you work here you should look around where people standing for order rather than just entertaining with other costimer" We felt so offennded and she looked down on us! The company should hire proper people and training them in professional way! You might think this is a small happening, however this things could ruin your business and service! I wouldn't go starbucks back in Oslo...

Very unkind behavior , just wanted to have some photo so I asked a crew members and I wanted to have permission of all of them , they were very professional and told me that will be ok but they have to ask a boss, I am understand that someone can say no but in that way?! that's unacceptable , I Think that she was a boss in international part of airport she screamed at me ! I don't even remember her name because she didn't have an ID (she was a black woman aged 25-35 in middle height ) I know the rules because I work in Starbucs , and that was very unprofessional for me. Coffee was great but when I get this coffe I just fed up with that situation and don't even want to enjoy the drink !!! All Starbucs experience disappeared .

I just want to add that all barista (except this woman ) there were very friendly to me and to other costumers ! And I really appreciate that :-) Sorry for bad opinion but that what I experienced and I felt...

I was never OK with the Oslo Airport café here.

Literally the only thing I would ever buy is the You Are Here mug for Oslo. Guess what, they are out of it since quite a while. Just in order to tease you, they put some Oslo mugs to the shelf, but those are not for sale. When I asked about it, even the cashier was rude and treated me harshly. When I asked for the manager, she just didn't go for it. Unbeliavable!!!

I would like to ask the manager: If you are out of Oslo mugs, in the Oslo Airport shop, don't you think it would be benefical to restock? It's been like this since quite a while, so it is not a temporary stock shortage.

I just missed again to buy such mug in Oslo. I guess I will never have the opportunity. Who knows, maybe if I visit Bergen, they might have...
