Read moreThe lab has been a very amazing experience. The plus has been having Priscilla as a trainer. Why I say this? Well let's tackle the gym first. The gym is super clean, and inviting. All the members are so professional and the equipment top notch. It isn't crowded and if there are more people than usually, they are not looking at you because they are busy training. Now about Priscilla. Where do I start? Well I had surgery a few months ago and I mentioned this to her and instead of overlooking it or treating me as invalid, she trained me starting at the right amount of strength, weights, and different things. Little by little I started getting stronger and so did my confidence. But it didn't happen by myself. She showed me how strong I was. She told me how I was more stronger and flexible than I thought. She helping me fix my sleep habits and to have a better food relationship. Let's say this, she is more than a trainer. We share memes, articles , and joke a lot with each other. She praise my smallest accomplishments and makes sure I'm always safe or not in pain. She is more than a trainer and I thank God that I met her and that she is helping me in my journey. It ranges from your personal Coach to the nutritionist to the owner and even to fellow clients. Basically, its teamwork that makes the dream of living a healthy life work. They take everything into account, from physical health to mental health. And from my personal experience, one gets to learn how integrate exercise and healthy eating in the day to day grind without it being a burden, but it does serve as a booster to one’s self esteem and mental health.
