StarBay Casino — Attraction in Bella Vista

I‘ve been there 3 times - the first time was okay - nice dealer at the roulette table, but grumpy barkeepers - BUT the 2nd and 3rd time was horrible. They closed the 2nd time the (only one of three) roulette tables 1,5 hours before the closing and the barkeepers werent really working. 10 people were waiting and they were chilling and talking to eachother instead of doing their job. The 3rd time the same at the bar and at the only (one of three) roulette tables on a friday was open and the dealer was acting annoyed and unfriendly. Stressing around round for round and giving such bad vides. It was a tall guy with strange teeth and a little beard - ugly looking. Would never employ someone like that - only because of the attitude. Nice rooms, bue really...

If you go there it’s definitely not for the food..! The casino is super big and neat and tidy and there’s tables and games for all tastes and people, the music at the salsa bar is very nice and makes you wanna dance! But the food we had was terrible: nachos with fake cheese sauce (not even warm no real cheddar), super greasy and oily spring rolls (we asked for veggies rolls and one had meat in it..), and the cocktail was just as bad.. (pre made with no taste whatsoever). We actually got sick during the night because of the food.. however, you do get entertained thanks to all amenities, live tv (sports games), music, in terms of “gamble at a casino”...

I travel often to panama & every time I come I make sure I come to the karaoke nights at the Hilton starbay Casino, great atmosphere at the hotel and Casino but unfortunately my table was serve by the worst bartender “ Sandra C” Her costumer service skills are horrible, she is extremely Rude and very very unprofessional and uneducated not only to my family and I but aswell as to the other tables she was serving and complain. I own a business where costumer service must be the #1 key from the smiling, the welcoming, being friendly and always professional regardless of anything and I must say she is the type of employee that will make a costumers...
