I normally don’t leave reviews because when I do they go unseen, but the level of lack of customer service in this place is horrible. The manager is rude. And she teaches her employees to be just as rude justice in different justice dismissing I’m starting to wonder if it’s because I have darker skin.

They have crazy rules that don’t make any sense. Because I have two cards with tickets on each card they can’t seem to somehow combined the cards and say oh well, but when I use the tickets, they can use the total number of tickets again crazy rules.

I understand that everyone is trying to nickel and dime people out of money but the way they treat their customers and their clients is absolutely egregious. We spend money they look at you like you funny. I actually hate this place but because my daughter loves it, we have...

Fun place to take the kids at a reasonable price. All the machines need 1 token to start, some of them give you tickets and some others don't. Regardless, you will need a ton of tickets to get a nice gift back home. They are enforcing a security procedure that requires you to get a picture when you get in and show the same picture on your way out. That way, technically kids won't leave the place without the adults that they came in. We try to avoid rush hours and weekends as it is less crowded and the staff is generally in a better mood. Over 30% of the machines aren't working and worst part, they do not care for children's allergies. They gave us blue cheese instead of mayonnaise. Terrible mistake especially when one asks for mayo specifically. And on top, no apologies, and the lady defending herself. I would give no stars but gave one because my daughter loves Chucky.
