Excellent experience with CuscoPeru from beginning to end.

We are a family of 4, planned everything from Canada and the tour was exactly as planned. We got the 7 days/6 nights package and added an extra day at the beginning and extra day at the end. I really recommend doing this, the cost increase is minimal and you’ll have 1 day to acclimate to the altitude in Cusco and 1 day at end to visit whatever you missed in the city and do some shopping. The best: • We stayed at the Costa del Sol Wyndham and this hotel was amazing. From the super accommodating and nice staff, to the rooms, to the scrumptious breakfast buffet, the free drinks… to many things to list. • The punctuality and professionalism of the of the CuscoPeru guides and advisors. Always on time, always checking every night how the day went and informing about the following day itinerary. In our case specially Efrain, Victor and Maria, outstanding professionals, incredibly nice people and helping us 100% in anything we needed. • How knowledgeable all the guides were, we went to Macchu Pichu, Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Maras y Moray, Montaña de colores… and all the guides were excellent. You can really tell how well prepared they are and how much they love what they do. • Nothing deviated from the original itinerary we had agreed on, there were no extra charges, nothing was changed or added, every worked as a clock.

I can only recommend this Tour agency and have already started doing so to anybody that would ask, next time we go back to Cusco, and we will definitely will, they are the only choice for us. Keep it up and muchas...

My girlfriend and I just finished the Machu Picchu trip organized by the team at CuscoPeru.com. They were absolutely phenomenal. Starting with Eduardo in organizing and responding promptly to all the questions we had, and being so thorough, we truly appreciated his service. Then Efrain jumped into give us all the detailed information on the trip by coming to our place and allowing us to reach out to him when we needed more clarification. And Juan Carlos, our tour guide, was very informative and helpful and giving us all the information we needed and more. He really enlightened us and helped us take a lot of awesome pictures too. I highly recommend him to be your tour guide. Then there was our driver Victor, who was an awesome driver and very informative while driving us to and from our destinations. Everyone was just over the top in services and responding quickly and being extremely helpful. Our return train had issues so we were delayed over 1 1/2 hours and Victor waited for us to get there and took us back to our place without a single negative emotion. He was very friendly as when he picked us up and dropped us off. This company is a must for the Machu Picchu trip in my personal opinion. Try them out and see...

Just had mine and my wife’s tour this October 2024. This was our first multi day tour and it was exceptional!

Worked with our tour organizer Eduardo who was super helpful and accommodating and we crafted a tour that suited our needs. Eduardo handled all the small details and organizing all our transportation that we required. Any questions we had were answered via email/ WhatsApp quickly, usually within hour of sending.

When we landed in Cusco a driver was waiting for us that took us to our hotel to settle in. We arrived early in the morning the hotel was able to get into a room within the hour. Eduardo met us personally that afternoon and laid out our entire trip so knew what to expect, as well as giving us all our required tickets (train, bus, passes, etc)

From that point on everything happened just as set out to us. Driver/ guides were excellent, punctuational and very knowledgable and we had do was relax and enjoy the experience. Again while on our trip if had any questions or concerns all we had to do msg Eduardo via WhatsApp and we had a response within a few minutes.
