2nd visit here as tourists, the first time was 8yrs ago.
Plenty of parking on site. Overall a fun experience/activity and a bit of a novelty if you're from a country where guns are not common.
We rented a single 9mm pistol, 4x targets and 100 bullets for 2 people. Eye glasses and ear plugs were provided for free. (600 gun rental fee, 25 pesos per 9mm round, 35 pesos per target, 500 pesos range fee = 3740php / £56)
Each gun has its own rental fee so it can get very expensive if you rent multiple guns just to fire off a few rounds. We did this on our first visit and racked up a hefty bill!
I would suggest a single gun and get more ammo instead to have a longer session.
One worry I had was gun jamming. On our first visit a lot of the guns jammed (failed to cycle the next round). We had no jamming this time but out of 100 bullets about 10 were duds and failed to fire. The instructor did replace them for us with new ones, but it ruined the flow a bit.
Shooting spaces are covered from rain/sun and there is seating for viewing. They also had some on-site drinks.
Your instructor will load the guns for you and give basic guidance/tips on shooting. As novice shooters he was always close by and ensuring safe handling. It is not a full blown firearm lesson but instead just the basics to get you firing off some shots. The more experienced local members had an instructor in their lane but not as hands on.
Overall it's a fun experience and we would...
Read moreAs an EU citizen, any place that lets you blast .45's and M16's is a good place. Add that the fact that the staff will teach you the basics of correct holding, aiming, unloading of cartridges and you are in a safe location. You might want to watch out for what you are advised to rent, because they push forward some pieces which are relatively the same but at twice the price. Had .45 which they said is top of the line unit, and kept jamming like a Bob Marley song. Also, not exactly cheap, you will shell-out (pun intended) bout 120 USD for rental of 1 piece and 200 bullets. Will I go there...
Read moreWe paid almost P2000 for a handgun, 20 shots, instructor and range fee for 2 people. The big negative is their guns are very old. Ours was a Filipino brand that got stuck 6 times (!) during our 20 shots. Every time the instructor had to take back the gun and reset it. Simply impossible to get into a firing rhythm. It was so frustrating. He wouldn't even apologize or offer a different gun or more bullets. After our 20 bullets (@ P25 each) were wasted, that was just it. Get out, other customers...
