The food quality was excellent, but I was disappointed with the service from the crew. It seemed they prioritized customers with whop are rich with larger orders, even though I arrived first. We were only three people inside the payment area and ordering food, yet one of the older staff in green polo said, "You should go to that man over there, he's next in line." It would have been okay, except the woman with him was still choosing her food at that time. I got to the cashier with just two dishes to pay. What was that about ?
Furthermore, someone assisted my wife because we had our baby with us. A gentleman in white helped us by arranging our plates, utensils, calamansi, chili, and water since there were only two of us. After he left, a staff member in green took our calamansi and chili from our table but didn't replace them. Later, that gentleman in white passed by and saw that the soy sauce and calamansi were missing. Thankfully, he got them for us again and said, "Please let me know next time who took them."
Kudos to that gentleman in white. Thank you so much for your help, even though I felt you were overshadowed because you were wearing white. Please don't follow the example of your senior colleagues in green who seemed greedy for tips (I also tipped the gentleman in white).
It's frustrating to remember that even the bulalo I ordered wasn't served properly. Tsk tsk. That day (Saturday, 13 July 2024) was really the worst service I've experienced. I wanted to explode and scold the staff in green. Haysss.
By the way if you're wealthy, this place might be worth a visit, but I wouldn't recommend it for everyone else. The experience isn't worth it, especially when you're overshadowed by wealthy customers when...
Read moreThey have different varieties of food that they can cook for you. My wife loves the pancit canton and the inihaw na pusit. I love how they cooked the chicharon bulaklak ang liempo, it's so crispy. We had boneless baked bangus (may tinik), inihaw na manok and atay and we enjoyed everything. Ube for dessert is also good but I think it's kinda sweet for my taste. They have parking space at the back which is good and a lot of tables that can accomodate groups since their place is wide. The price depends on the food that you will get, they will weight it for the price so don't go there when you're very hungry, it might suprise you. The settings makes you feel that you're in the near beach restaurant. I think there were a lot of people when we're there that's why we waited for sometime to get our food. Overall, we'll be...
