I recently dined at Crabs N Crack Seafood Cajun Restaurant, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. However, there were a few aspects that left room for improvement.

Let's start with the positives: the food was undeniably tasty. The seafood dishes, in particular, were flavorful and well-seasoned. The Cajun spices added a delightful kick to the dishes, leaving me wanting more. The variety of options on the menu was impressive, with a range of seafood choices that catered to different tastes.

However, there was one issue that caught my attention. While the mussels were indeed fresh and delicious, I found that some of them only had shells with no meat inside. It was disappointing to discover empty shells, as it affected the overall value and enjoyment of the dish. I believe this might be an area where the restaurant could pay closer attention to ensure that customers receive a complete and satisfying dining experience.

Despite this setback, I would like to acknowledge the effort put into the presentation of the dishes. Each plate was beautifully arranged, showcasing the vibrant colors and enticing textures of the seafood. The portion sizes were also generous, ensuring that diners leave with satisfied appetites.

In terms of pricing, Crabs N Crack offers reasonable rates for the quality and quantity of food provided. I appreciated that the restaurant maintained a good balance between...

Had the worst service experience yet here. We came thinking the scallop promo would be available, but it wasn’t—it was replaced with squid instead. We were okay with that since we were there to eat and enjoy.

When ordering, I specifically instructed the waiter that we’d be getting the ₱1,299 promo (with the 1-peso squid, 4 rice, water, and 1 leche flan). I made it clear that the leche flan should be served after we finished our meal. However, they brought the leche flan first, ignoring my request. My mother stopped me from saying anything, so I let it go, not wanting to ruin the evening.

We never got our water—my mom even had to ask a waiter for it, even though all the tables around us got theirs, despite us arriving and ordering first.

While eating, I noticed the squid still hadn’t arrived, so I asked the waiter for a follow-up and ordered another 4 rice. After three follow-ups and 20 minutes of waiting, we found out they had put in the wrong order.

When the squid finally came, the waiter was rude and arrogant—just reaching over to drop it off without any courtesy.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with their service. We’ll never...

We ordered the meal for three, combo seafood. It taste good, but EVERY clam was empty shells with just garlic sauce spooned in them. Obviously they were just added as a filler. When we showed them all the empty clam shell, they refused to replace them with actual clams with meat. About 12-15 empty clam shells with just scoops of garlic paste spooned into them to make them look ligit. Taste food, but the obvious ripoff dampened the whole experience. PS, we had the exact same experience three weeks ago, that’s why we were careful to check this time as well. Also, on every bite we had to shoo off the endless Agressive flies. Really, can’t they do something for the endless huge flies? The food tasted awesome, but the tea also had a funky bitter taste. Just two cheap soft plastic spoons, regular spoons and forks would have been nice.

Cautious to return after two bad experiences.

Also, no CR or Jane soap to...
